Message from the Founder & CEO
Hello and thank you for visiting our website. As the founder of PediatRx, I felt
that there was a strong unmet need for a company that focused on the pharmaceutical
aspect of hospital care for seriously ill children. And as a physician, a pharmaceutical
executive who had worked in some of the major global pharmaceutical companies and
a former CEO of a pediatric company, I realized that we could create something meaningful
in this space.
PediatRx has started with a focus on oncology supportive care and we hope to expand
from that starting point in to other therapeutic areas in the hospital setting.
We are actively seeking products which are already developed but underappreciated,
as well as exploring more appropriate formulations and uses for existing products.
The culture we are establishing in the company seeks to bring the best from the
many and varied practices from organizations which the founding team have been previously
exposed to. We encourage curiosity and a relentless search for better, faster and
more cost-effective approaches in all we do. We are committed to building on a foundation
that creates value, growth and trust. As you surf the site and engage with us, we

What are we "about"? We are about using innovation to deliver value. We are building
a new company without the baggage of outmoded thinking. We have chosen to step away
from our egos, corporate politicking and other time and energy-draining behaviors
which often pass for "work as usual" in many companies.
We try things. We leverage technology. We actively experiment with new marketing
tools and are unafraid to take risk. We are using virtual networks to access talent,
investment and products. Our commercial model utilizes flexible, low cost and creative
channels such as the internet, virtual educational activities and texting to bring
our value proposition to customers. We come from large and small companies.
We do not incur large overhead costs. Nor do we sit in fancy, expensive brick and
mortar offices. We do not throw huge resources at research and development with
little or no prospect of finding reward. Nor do we squander time and effort in endless
internal meetings. Instead, we channel our passion for improving the health and
well-being of others.
The pharmaceutical industry is struggling to change to face it's new reality. We
believe we have the right people, with the right mind set to find endless opportunities
to create value. Conventional thinking and the same old way of doing things by the
same old minds clearly has had its day. We are ready to challenge, innovate and
do unimaginably more with much less. In that quest, we are committed to establishing
something fresh, energizing, bold, sustainable and socially responsible.
